Finally spring has sprung (at least in our neck of the woods), and with the daffodils and warm breezes come sun-drenched afternoons and longer days during which to read, read, read! But don’t panic if your To Be Read (TBR) list has dwindled over the course of a hard winter. Bas Bleu’s Spring 2016 edition is on its way to your door, and it’s blooming with plenty of fresh new books to brighten your season!
Today in the Bluestocking Salon, our editors have tapped a dozen of our favorites, new titles that are perfect for keeping you company in the hammock, on the porch, or on your lunch break at work. For a brief plot “teaser,” hover your mouse pointer over the book cover; or, click on the image to read the full review on our website, where you can explore all of our new offerings until our catalog arrives safely in your mailbox.
Happy reading, bluestockings!
I was delighted to see that you have include “The Nightingale” on you list. It is a beautifully crafted historic fiction book. I think your readers will appreciate the “sisters’ voices” and knowing that the Nightengale was a I9-year-old Belgian woman named Andrée de Jongh, help downed Allied pilots over the mountains to safety..
Fingers crossed our readers will enjoy it as much you did, Sheila! It’s an incredible story. Thanks for checking in with us!
You are most welcome. As an author, I am always thrilled when readers love my books! Thank you!
