At long last, 2020 is over, and we step into a new year filled with hope. Many aspects of life still remain uncertain, but Bas Bleu is thrilled to offer something you can count on: New books! Our Winter 2021 edition lands in mailboxes this week, filled to the brim with fresh reads, cozy gifts, beautiful note cards, and plenty of new puzzles to keep you busy through winter’s cold days and long nights. Y’all loved our seasonal reading collections in 2020, so we’re continuing them in the new year, with three winter sets for you to choose from: Fiction, Nonfiction, and Mysteries. In the meantime, we’ve assembled a 2021 winter reading list, highlighting a dozen new (to Bas Bleu) titles to whet your appetite.
For a brief plot “teaser” about each book, hover your pointer over the book cover; or, tap the image to read the full review on our website. And if you don’t already receive our free catalog in the mail, you can request a copy. Happy reading, bluestockings, and happy new year!

Thank You for this list. I have my eye on “My Life As A Mountbatten” by Pamela Hicks.
Wishing all a Blessed ,Healthy and Happy New Year.

Happy new year to you, Marilyn!
Please tell us where that photo of the marvelous book bench was taken!
Isn’t it cool? The photo was supplied by one of our stock-image sources, so we don’t have much info on it. But if we find out, we’ll report back to you!
Remarkable Creatures is 1 of my all-time favorites. Not just from 2020 but all-time. What a story. Also thoroughly enjoyed Samantha Power’s book.
We’re so glad to hear it, Cathy!
